I was away at the start of the month, so many were taken whilst I was in Guernsey. This month has a “Getting to know you” feel to it, with each prompt being the start of a sentence which we should complete to share something about us. I hope you enjoy learning a little more about me.
Oct 1st – I am…
…A man of many hats (a Myofascial Release Therapist, a sports massage therapist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Teacher) with many interests (love anatomy, learning, photography, reading, music) and I am enjoying the last of the sunshine and wearing a short sleeved t-shirt in October!
Oct 2nd – I love…
…Walking through nature, camera in hand, seeing what I can see and getting a photo is even better… A Comma butterfly enjoying the ivy flowers and the autumn sunshine…
Oct 3rd – I made this…
…tray of hot cross buns at Easter this year. I always spend Good Friday making a batch, so much nicer than bought ones in my opinion.
Oct 4th – I work here…
…at the wonderful room at Clerkenwell Chiropractic Clinic.
Oct 5th – I love this colour…
Blue, or is it green or maybe brown in the right place. I basically love all colours of nature.
Oct 6th – I walked here…
…in the edge of the ocean.
Yes, it was cold.
Oct 7th – I held this…
…peacock butterfly, as I rescued it from being stuck in the house. It stayed long enough for me to get a few photos.
Delighted that this photo was chosen as one of the Notable Nine.
Oct 8th – I like to…
…keep my eyes open as I walk about, as you never know what you might see…
…this was in the lowest slot of hte MP4 Observation tower from “Landscape” in last month’s Photo Collection.
Oct 9th – I stood here…
…at the edge of the ocean, on the same day I walked in it.
Oct 10th – I do this on Sundays…
I go to the local Farmers Market and buy my seasonal vegetables. We’re really fortunate to have a weekly market that allows us to do that.
I will confess that I have tried pumpkins and squashes and detest them. About the only nice thing about them is their colour.
Oct 11th – I wrote this…
…note to remind me to take my food shopping home from work.
Oct 12th – I like to drink…
Yes, I do like to drink.
IN moderationand as a general rule it will be a gin. These are the four I brought back from Guernsey. The Wheadons and Blue Bottle are made on the island, wherease the Tanqueray Seville was duty free and is a favourite.
Oct 13th – I love this view…
I do love to look at the Barbican Towers, which I pass every time I head to my clinic in Clerkenwell.
Oct 14th – I once…
I once visited Sydney, it was in December 2000 and I had an amazing time.
Oct 15th – I never…
I never grow tired of Nature’s beauty.
I wanted to have a positive twist to this prompt, and nature does always make me feel better.
Oct 16th – On weekends I…
On weekends, I have a bit more time so we hand grind our coffee. It makes it a bit of a ritual and I think I can taste the difference in the rsulting coffee.
Oct 17th – I saw…
I saw the ferry arriving into St Peter Port’s harbour, Guernsey. We weren’t actually catching that one until a few days later.
Oct 18th – I don’t like to…
I not only dislike making phone calls, I absolutely hate it and it gives me a lot of anxiety to do.
It was nice to see how many other people in the group also hate making phone calls.
Oct 19th – I went to…
I went to the British Museum and stood in the Great Court.
Oct 20th – I sat here…
After visiting the British Musuem I sat here, at the Royal Festival Hall, to watch the Colin Currie Group perform some works by Steve Reichs. It was mind blowing.
Oct 21st – I read this…
I read this dark, disturbing, violent Vampire book…
…and loved it. A very good read and very different from the text books.
Oct 22nd – I did this good thing…
I went to work and gave a number of people a helping hand (or two). I really don’t like to blow my own trumpet and so I had no idea what to do, but I try to be a nice and kind person all the time.
Oct 23rd – I love this time of day…
I love any time of day when I am photographing (especially if the light is good). But a good sunset is hard to beat.
Oct 24th – I watched this…
I watched this big, fat, fuzzy, buzzy bumble bee visiting the flowers.
Oct 25th – On Mondays I…
I catch the train into work. I was fortunate to have no one opposite as I went through a tunnel.
Oct 26th – I like to eat…
Pasta. I love to eat pasta, and I know I’ve said that before.
Oct 27th – I can…
I can take pictures of the stranges things, as they catch my eye. I have no idea why I took this photo of two trains, but they were opposite me as I was waiting for my train… so I take a photo.
Oct 28th – I can’t …
I can’t think of anything for this prompt.
However, I then had this idea, so in reality I did think of something for this prompt.
Oct 29th – I wore this…
I wore this to work, and then got changed.
Oct 30th – I have to…
I have to have coffee first thing in the morning, you don’t want to see me before coffee… and don’t talk to me before I have finished it.
Oct 31st – I believe…
I believe, autumn is well and truly here.

So that’s it for this month, I hope you enjoyed the photos. I was so fortunate to have been chosen as one of the Fab Four not once, but twice this month. It is always a real thrill to be given this accolade. The fab four (or more) are chosen by the Facebook admin team each day for each prompt.
There will be a constant (some might think endless) stream of photos on my Instagram feed, so if you can’t wait until next month then follow me there. There will be another summary of my photos next month.
Thanks for reading this, my lovely interonauts,
Tim
