24 Hour Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation policy
Both the clinics that I work in operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, which means that if you do not give 24 hours notice of wanting to cancel or change your appointment you are likely to get charged.
It is not a problem if you change your mind over having treatments from me, or if you realise that you can’t make an appointment, but please contact the clinic that you have booked in with directly to cancel your appointment.

The reasons for this are:
- There are often other people wanting to book in for a treatment and late cancellation often means they are denied the opportunity to take that appointment.
- I, like the other therapists at the clinics, am self-employed. I do not get paid by the clinic if you do not turn up.
- It is your responsibility to remember your appointment, and whilst the clinics do send reminders out you should not rely on those to remember your appointment.
