Well, 2024 has certainly been a year, and its difficult to believe that we’re already approaching the end of it. This is the annual post saying when I’m going to be working over the 2024 Christmas and New Year period.
TL:DR Last day in clinic is the 23rd December 2024, back Thursday 2nd January 2025.
My MFR/Bodywork clinic hours:
Week starting 18th December 2022
Mon 23rd: 2:15pm – 7pm
Weds 25th: Merry Christmas. Not working, clinics closed for the Bank Holiday.
Thurs 26th: Not working, clinics closed for the Bank Holiday.
Fri 27th: Not working, clinics closed.
Week starting 30th December 2024
Mon 30th: Clinic closed.
Weds 1st: Happy New Year! Clinic closed for the Bank Holiday.
Thurs 2nd: 8am – 7pm
Fri 3rd: 2:15pm – 7pm
Yoga & SMFR Therapy Classes
- Last class is Wednesday 18th December.
- Classes will resume in Clerkenwell on Wednesday 8th January 2025 1pm – 1:50pm.
These will need to be booked via the Clerkenwell Clinic (020 7490 4042)
- Last class is Tuesday 17th December
- Classes will resume on Tuesday 14th January 2025

The Islington and Clerkenwell Clinic is going to be mostly closed from 2pm on Christmas Eve until Thursday 2nd January. One of the reception team will be monitioring emails during this time, but that will not be as regularly as usual so please be patient.
