This is the first year I’ve only been in one Clinic. With the Bank Holidays there will be a delay in returning to clinic after the New Year.
To tide you over, there will be an extra clinic on Thursday29th December but at the Islington Clinic in Prebend Street.

Yoga & SMFR Therapy Classes
In person Yoga Classes will resume in Clerkenwell on Wednesday 5th January 1pm – 2pm. These will need to be booked via the Clerkenwell Clinic (020 7490 4042 opt 1)
Online Yoga will resume on Tuesday 10th January 2023
Online SMFR Therapy will resume on Wednesday 5th January 2023.

Islington and Clerkenwell clinic times
The Clinics will be open as normal until lunchtime on Christmas Eve.
Sunday 25th to Tuesday 27th December: Both Clinics will be closed
Wednesday 28th December: The Islington/Prebend Clinic will be open in the morning . When phoning select option 2 to get through to the clinic. The Goswell road Clinic will be closed.
Thursday 29th December: The Islington/Prebend clinic will be open in the morning. When phoning select option 2 to get through to the clinic. The Goswell road Clinic will be closed.
Friday 30th December: The Clerkenwell/Goswell Road clinic will be open in the morning. When phoning select option 1 to get through to the clinic. The Goswell road Clinic will be closed.
Saturday 31st December: The Islington/Prebend Clinic will be open in the morning . When phoning select option 2 to get through to the clinic. The Goswell road Clinic will be closed.
Sunday 1st January – Monday 2nd January: Both Clinics will be closed.
Tuesday 3rd January: The Clinics will be open as usual.
Please note that the Clinic emails will be monitored throughout. However, The phones are clinic specific.
