What information I collect and how

The information I collect via the Website may include.

  1. Any personal details you knowingly provide me with through forms and emails to me, such as name, address, telephone number etc.
  2. Any details you provide me with when you sign up for my newsletter, which I will not share with any other parties.
  3. I do use Google Analytics, which will gather information about your ip address and will anonymise this information before I see it.
  4. I have been told by the web developer that I do not install cookies on my visitors computers, and I have no reason to not believe that.  If you do find that I have, inadvertantly, done this, please let me know and I apologise in advance.

I am active on Social media. This is currently Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram. If you interact with my accounts on these platforms I will be very happy, but I will also have visibility of any information that you publicly share. What I do with your information

Any personal information I collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used:

  1. In certain cases, where you contact me asking questions, I may use your email address to send you information on my products and services. You will always have the option to ask me not to contact you further.
  2. I may need to pass the information you provide me with to other companies for administrative purposes, such as the clinics I work at so they can contact you to arrange an appointment.
  3. I use the services of MailChimp to manage and send my newsletters via email.  If you choose to subscribe to my newsletter, your email address and name will be stored securely on their platform.  MailChimp have their own compliance to GDPR and you can read their privacy policy here.  You will be given the option to unsubscribe from my mailing list at the bottom of any email I send you.
